Circular Learning: How Human Development Progresses in Digital Spaces
Discover how circular learning transforms personal experiences and drives human development in digital spaces.

How does human development progress in digital spaces? Through circular learning, individuals transform concrete personal experiences into active growth by integrating perception, reflection, and action. This educational method effectively counters digital fatigue and supports mental health by reconnecting people with their inner balance.
With this complexity and uncertainty… is it time for personal development?
In my view, highly complex times require us to sharpen the resources that help us navigate life’s tensions. Consequently, we can protect our overall health.
This means transcending immediate, fear-based behavioral patterns. Therefore, we must understand how we function and what we can change. Fortunately, the right tools and structures make this journey much easier.
At the School, we follow the principles of Salutogénesis. Thus, we prioritize scientific quality and genuine human connection so that learning Life and Health Skills becomes a truly transformative experience.
Since personal development is urgent and necessary, we must ask ourselves:
- How can we inspire people to deepen their self-knowledge?
- How can we deliver personal development training effectively in digital environments?
What are the challenges of personal development in digital environments?
We realize that personal development faces a double challenge today. First, we must address motivation. Second, we need a proper learning model for human connection in digital spaces.
Furthermore, preserving mental health requires restoring trust and optimism. This means observing how we experience change. Indeed, this shift begins with a simple step: learning to pause and look within.
Challenge 1: Motivation
First, we must awaken curiosity and motivation in people. This is difficult when exhaustion is widespread. However, we can overcome this barrier.
So, how do we activate the courage to invest in ourselves? We do it by connecting with the heart-brain.
Challenge 2: Learning Model
Regarding the second challenge: remote work dominates our days, leaving us exhausted. Therefore, how do we overcome the urge to simply switch off?
We achieve this by embracing a new way of being human, which also resides in the heart-brain.
At the School, we believe that we do not teach; rather, you are the one who learns. Because you change, connect, and transform, this process builds resilience and daily confidence.
How does circular learning stimulate the desire to grow?
We facilitate the learning framework that you choose to activate. Specifically, we study optimal digital models that expand human development. Consequently, we guide you by adapting the circular learning model.
But what is circular learning, and what methods does it use?
This circular learning model allows us to offer diverse paths. Indeed, we combine various tools and scientifically structured resources.
Essentially, circular learning promotes the transformation of concrete personal experiences. It guides you to:
- Explore your perception and find personal meaning (feeling).
- Observe what is happening around you (contemplating).
- Conceptualize the facts and apply knowledge (thinking).
- Experiment actively to discover new directions (doing and transforming).
Developed in the 1980s, the circular learning system stems from research on learning styles and brain hemisphere theory (Kolb, McCarthy, Guild & Garger, 1998).
This method connects the left and right hemispheres through concrete experiences. Specifically, it uses targeted questions to activate our abilities to:
- Imagine and perceive: Thus, I understand and connect with personal meaning.
- Analyze and acquire knowledge: Consequently, I learn, define, and think critically.
- Find practical application: Therefore, I practice and see how things work.
- Discover myself: Finally, I experiment, personalize, and integrate.
Are you ready to experience the «Learning to Pause» challenge?
To experience this powerful method, we invite you to try our practical course: the «Learning to Pause» challenge.
This training helps you find the keys to pause and connect with your heart-brain. Specifically, over five consecutive days, we provide daily tools to help you focus on what truly matters.
Unlike linear learning, which imposes external techniques, this challenge helps you develop internal opportunities. Thus, you gain a fresh understanding of your mental health.
By using real-life situations where you need to pause, you will learn to navigate challenges with curiosity. Ultimately, you will grow from the inside out because you are seeking your own meaning.
Similar to a circular economy, our free «Learning to Pause» course is regenerative. It repairs your mental health, reuses your experience, recycles your priorities, and renews your daily life.
Are you ready? I am forming a group of 20 courageous people who want to restore balance. If you want to pause but do not know how, join us today!
