PROGRAM

We divided the workshop content into three distinct parts as follows:

  • Part 1: We began the session by establishing the global context. First, we analyzed shocking data regarding disengagement, stress, and workplace loneliness to select key priorities.
  • Part 2: We established the scientific foundation for leadership that facilitates behavioral change. Therefore, employees can successfully achieve their life and career goals simultaneously.
  • Part 3: During the practical segment, we utilized tools to discover how to foster talent expression and the power of purpose.

Furthermore, the participants engaged in a rich debate. This discussion clarified key concepts and introduced fresh perspectives into daily routines.
